Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website and visit our office.

Our goal

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. It works with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, lets you zoom text, uses sufficient color contrast, and doesn’t rely on color alone or on moving content.

What we check

Before launch and after major changes, we test every page template with automated tools and by hand: keyboard use, visible focus, headings and labels, contrast at desktop and phone sizes. Last reviewed: (to be confirmed).

Known limitations

  • Online patient forms are provided by our patient-communication service on its own website. We’ve asked for accessible forms; if you have trouble with them, call us and we’ll help you complete them another way.
  • The Google map is provided by Google. Our address and directions are always available as text on the same page.
  • Printable forms (PDF) may not be fully accessible yet. We can read them with you by phone or provide another format.
